Diagnosis
Vertex with strong small meshed reticulation; stigmal vein sessile (as in brevinervis); second gastral tergite large, tergites 1+2 cover 0.6X the length of gaster. Similar to noyesi and acuminata but antennal scrobes join very close to frontal suture, malar sulcus is missing, vertex is completely reticulate, occipital margin is rounded off, postmarginal vein is shorter (0.4X as long as stigmal vein), hind margin of first gastral tergite is smoothly curved forwards. Also differs from noyesi in having more stout flagellomeres, and from acuminata in having apical ovipositor sheaths shorter than wide.
